Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled at least 2 hoursbefore the scheduled start time are refunded in full (service + platform fee). Cancellations inside the 2-hour window may be subject to the barber's cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service price at the barber's discretion.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services — name, email, phone, and appointment history. We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email, and Twilio for SMS reminders. We never sell personal information. For data access or deletion requests, email info@breakroombarbershop.com.
Terms of Service
By booking an appointment or subscribing to a membership with BreakRoom Barbershop, you agree to pay the displayed service price, platform fees, and any applicable taxes. Services are provided at the barber's discretion. Membership credits are for personal use, do not roll over, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
